Internet Sales Consultant
Gwinnett Place Nissan - Duluth, GA

Gwinnett Place Nissan is one of the fastest-growing Nissan dealerships in the Atlanta metro area. We are expanding our Internet Sales Department and looking for driven, competitive professionals who know how to communicate, follow a proven process, and turn online opportunities into showroom appointments and sales.

What You'll Do
Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and digital inquiries
Conduct high-volume outbound follow-up through phone, text, email, and personalized video
Build rapport and provide customers with a clear, convenient buying experience
Set, confirm, and follow up on qualified showroom appointments
Provide accurate pricing, product information, availability, and payment options
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
Maintain accurate CRM notes, activities, and scheduled follow-up
Work closely with sales managers to maximize appointment, show, and closing rates
Consistently meet established activity and performance expectations
Follow up with unsold customers and maintain relationships throughout the buying process
What We're Looking For
Six months to two years of automotive sales, internet sales, or BDC experience preferred
Strong communication skills by phone, text, email, and in person
A process-driven mindset with the ability to meet performance targets
Self-motivated, competitive, dependable, and coachable
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Experience with CRMs, CoVideo, AccuTrade/KBB ICO, is preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute consistently
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
Ability to provide three professional references upon request
