Job description
Gastroenterologist or Internist – Concierge Practice
Join an established concierge practice in NYC's prestigious Upper East Side through the acquisition of a retiring physician. Enjoy a turnkey opportunity with a fully operational office, experienced staff (including a dedicated Office Manager and multiple MAs), and full autonomy to shape the practice your way.
Lifestyle-friendly patient volume: 6–8 patients per day
Current panel: ~600 active concierge patients generating steady membership fees
Setting: Open to procedures based on your preferences
Compensation & Revenue Model
Base salary
Bonus: Performance-based upside beyond $500K total earnings
Structure: Services agreement with practice handling concierge infrastructure, billing, memberships, and admin—you focus on clinical/procedural fees

24/7 access model with higher-touch, lower-volume care
Prime Manhattan location with strong support staff
