nnn24/7 emergency/specialty hospital – 12,050 sq. ft in beautiful Southern California

n

nnSpecialty services include Internal Medicine, Emergency/Critical Care, Surgery, Cardiology and experienced ER Associates

n

nnVTS specialty technician in ECC

n

nnTwo lobbies, 9 exam rooms, 2 treatment rooms, 2 surgical suites, 2 isolation areas for UR and GI cases, individual procedure rooms dedicated to ultrasound, echos and scoping procedures

n

nnAquilion Helical 64 slice CT, 2 radiograph rooms, IM Ultrasound, 2 POC Ultrasounds, C-Arm/Fluoroscopy

n

nnLigasure, Stores Tower, Laproscope, etc.

n

nnSupportive care capabilities: mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy (10 Snyder cages and nasal oxygen), transfusion therapy, advanced fluid support/fluid therapy

n

nnIntensive care monitoring capabilities: continuous telemetry, pulse oximetry, capnography, CVP monitoring, direct and indirect blood pressure monitoring

n

nnIn-house laboratory capabilities: co-oximetry, TEG, blood gas and electrolytes (Nova and i-STAT), CBC, coagulation profiles and chemistry profiles

n

nnSituated between Los Angeles and San Diego, amazing beaches, mountains, skiing, desert, endless outdoor activities with perfect weather

nCompensation

nnnCompensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $200-$300k.

nQualifications

nnnA Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent

n

nnLicensure in good standing to practice in (state), or the ability to obtain

n

nnResidency Trained or Diplomate Board Certification

n

nnA commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics

n
