5 patients per shift — inpatient setting
Admissions required — 30-minute call response time required
Call ratio: Q5 — avg. 3 phone consults and 1 admission per 24 hrs
Inpatient cardiology and ICU experience required
Echocardiography required — TEE and heart biopsy preferred
