Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist to join our cardiology team at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee, IL. This is a full-time position offering a 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient mix, with the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the program evolves.
Schedule
Schedule: Daytime shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: 1:3 shared call with three other cardiologists
Mid-level Support
Licensure: Active Illinois license preferred
Compensation Package
Base salary starting at $550,000+, commensurate with experience
RVU-based production incentive available

Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
Board-certified in Cardiology (Interventional)
Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-quality healthcare environment

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $500,000-625,000 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
