About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage on-site, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overnight and weekend call responsibilities required as a condition of this assignment. Clinical duties include managing adult patients, performing procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, coronary angioplasty, and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs), and rounding on inpatient cardiology patients. On-call coverage primarily involves phone consultations, with emergent callbacks required for STEMI activations. xmcpwfu Board certification in Interventional Cardiology and prescriptive authority are required for consideration.
