About the Clinician's Workday
The interventional cardiologist will provide coverage across inpatient and outpatient settings Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with nights and weekend call required as a condition of this assignment, including 24-hour call coverage on assigned holidays. Clinical responsibilities include a full range of interventional cardiology procedures, including STEMI response, pacemaker implantation, and loop recorder implantation, as credentialed by the facility. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous availability to respond to cardiac cases throughout each designated coverage period. Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required for consideration.
