Position Summary
Presbyterian Hearth & Vascular program is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Interventional Cardiologist (BC/BE) to join a multidisciplinary cardiology group. This full‑time FTE 1.00 position will provide interventional cardiology services in inpatient and outpatient settings, with a weekly mix of clinic, lab, and call duties. The new cath lab will open in 2026.
Practice Highlights
Weekly mix of clinic, lab time, and call (1:3 call ratio)
Brand new cath lab opening 2026
Bread‑and‑butter interventional cardiology
Responsibilities
Provide a full spectrum of interventional cardiology services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Participate in call rotation.
Make all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen.
Manage the physician/patient relationship.
Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards.
Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in‑services, and workshops.
Perform other functions as required.
Qualifications
MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
Valid New Mexico Medical License.
