Advanced Practitioners - Other Specialties
Job Details:
Provide inpatient and outpatient complex consultations for invasive cardiology procedures
Deliver pre- and post-care for cardiology subspecialties including ACS, CHF, PAD, and TAVR populations
Engage in independent clinical decision-making and manage procedure-related issues
Collaborate with consultants and specialists to provide exceptional patient-centered care
Work closely with all members of the patient care team in a fully integrated environment
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's program (preferred) or an accredited Physician Assistant program
Must be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut
National Board Certification, or eligibility to be certified, as a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner required
Prior experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred
Cardiology experience strongly preferred
