Job description
Hospital is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist (MD) to join our 3-physician / 2-APP IR team in Lansing, MI - providing hospital-based IR services with a day-shift schedule and Q3 call coverage.
Coverage needed:
Call coverage November 14-15
December 7-12 : Monday through Friday in-office coverage, plus call coverage for all days.
December 21-27 : Monday through Friday in-office coverage, plus call coverage for all days.

Submission Requirements
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR Board Certified in Interventional Radiology: ( REQUIRED )
Active State Medical License (Michigan): ( REQUIRED ) IMLC or compact license not accepted
BLS & ACLS Certifications: ( REQUIRED )
Local Provider Only (mileage reimbursement only): (REQUIRED) - will look at travel providers if they can do 2+ weeks of coverage a month.
Clean Malpractice & License History: (HIGHLY PREFFERED)
Copy of the NPDB, self-query requires at presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - (REQUIRED)
