Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN)

nAn Interventional Radiology Nurse is a specialized RN who assists the physician with medical imaging such as MRIs, ultrasounds or X-rays. The RN - Interventional Radiology is responsible for patient care during the entire process, including the initial assessment, the plan of care, administering medication, checking for lab results, and reviewing the patient’s medical history.
nMinimum Requirements:
nnnCurrent Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices.
n
nnOne year experience in Interventional Radiology preferred
n
nnCurrent CPR if applicable
n
nnTB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
n
nnCurrent Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
n
nnMust meet all federal, state and local requirements
n
nnMust be at least 18 years of age
