Banner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine to join the Scottsdale Spine Program. The role involves an outpatient practice within a multidisciplinary spine center and collaboration with neurosurgery, rehab, and academic partners at Banner University Medical Group.
