Only Word format resumes will be considered.Short Description: FL-DCF-TLH-ESS-Interview Clerk - 20 hrs a week (scheduled may vary)Complete Description: FL-DCF-TLH-ESS-Interview Clerk - 20 hr/wk.Work Locations: 4 days a week at the Tallahassee location, 1 day a week at the Monticello locationPay Rate: $16.25hr / Vendor Rate: $21.13hr.Work Environment:Job Duties:Answering phones, checking messages, returning calls, opening and disseminating mail, greeting and guiding visitorsExperience/Skills:Explanation of eligibility of applicants and recipients for public assistance programs, determining eligibility for expedited food stamp servicesEntering client data into database based on intake of caller informationMaintaining necessary files and recordsCompleting general clerical duties to include using computer to input data for clients who are applying for public assistance benefits, answering the phone, using photocopy machine, scanner and other office machines.Must type 35 wpmMust be able to work at the Tallahassee office and one day in the Monticello officeMust have good communication skillsMust have customer service experienceMust have computer skills
