Interviewer Scheduler/CoordinatorMust be flexible to work onsite General Mills World Headquarters a minimum of 4 days a week (up to 5 days a week) depending on business needs. Hours: Monday through Friday, core hours 8:30-4:30pm CST. This is a temporary contract role. You will be responsible for working closely with our General Mills Recruiters championing day-to-day external hiring process as the main point of contact scheduling candidate travel, virtual and on-site interviews. In this role, you will be responsible for building and growing relationships with Human Resources Business Partners and Interviewers, external candidates, and your colleagues on the Talent Acquisition team.Key Accountabilities:Manage verbal and written communication with candidates, interviewers and hiring managersCoordinate all interview scheduling and manage the pre-employment contingency processManage the flow of the day and candidate experience during each interview dayTrack and report critical candidate workflow information using a web-based applicant tracking system (Workday Recruiting), and by utilizing other Microsoft Office tools and General Mills supported software programsPartner with Recruiters and Manager to help influence strategy and executionCreate an amazing candidate experience through excellent communicationSupport new hires pre-boarding before their start dateComplete projects and additional tasks identified by Talent Acquisition ManagerMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 year administrative experience in a high volume, high paced, detail-oriented settingStrong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as neededStrong bias for action and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage all levels and comfortable addressing all levels of candidates, employees and 3rd party vendorsStrong prioritization and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight deadlinesDemonstrated capacity to pro-actively complete multiple detailed tasks with frequent interruptionsA desire to continuously improve the way we hire, and eager to share others in the industry who are improving candidate experienceExcellent written and communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacyHigh level of integrity, sound judgment & discretion regarding handling confidential or sensitive informationWillingness and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, roles, and managersPreferred Qualifications:Recruiting and/or hiring backgroundScheduling experienceCustomer service experienceExperience with Workday or other Recruiting specific software
