Come develop your career with an award-winning, customer focused automotive group.Our ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy office environment.What You'll Do:Verify payoff information for trade-in vehicles and process payments.Use templates to post wholesale and dealer trade vehicle transactions.Stock new and used vehicles into inventory.Collect and maintain vehicle inventory documents.Process title reassignments and duplicate title requests.Assist Title Clerks and Office Managers.Complete administrative tasks as needed.Qualification Checklist:Working knowledge of Microsoft 365High-focus with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:You'll have a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, company holidays, 401(k), and various wellness and gym reimbursements.
