Inventory Clerk / Warehouse Order Processing Assistant

Part-Time | $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Part Time 3 days per week)

Cybercartel International, Inc. is an established e-commerce company operating BodyCandy.com and JackpotCandles.com. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk / Warehouse Order Processing Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands-on position that supports both our Warehouse Supervisor and Inventory Supervisor with a variety of daily inventory, receiving, order processing, and fulfillment responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, can accurately count and verify merchandise, and is willing to assist wherever needed to keep orders and inventory moving efficiently.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time position
$17.00 per hour
Flexible Weekday Schedule can be set up
Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Flexible scheduling is available within our standard busines hours (following training)
Primary Responsibilities
Amazon FBA Order Assistance
Assist with preparation and final packaging of Amazon FBA shipments
Verify products, quantities, SKUs and packaging prior to shipment
Accurately count merchandise and assist with final shipment preparation
Drop Ship Vendor Order Processing
Process and prepare drop ship vendor orders
Verify order information and merchandise for accuracy
Help ensure vendor orders are completed accurately and on schedule
Inventory Receiving & Organization
Receive incoming inventory and verify merchandise against expected quantities
Accurately count, sort, bin and organize incoming products
Assist with overflow inventory and warehouse organization
Pull product samples as requested
Take product measurements and record basic product information as needed
Help identify inventory discrepancies and communicate issues to supervisors
Order & Batch Processing
Run order batches for products manufactured in-house
Assist with limited batch processing as needed
Help organize and prepare orders for efficient warehouse fulfillment
Customer Order Fulfillment
Pick and pack customer orders as needed
Verify merchandise and quantities before orders are shipped
Assist the warehouse team during periods of increased order volume

Our warehouse and operations teams work together to receive inventory, manufacture and prepare select products, process online orders, and fulfill shipments to customers and marketplace partners.

Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible Weekdays (24 hours total), flexible hours during our standard 7:00 AM-5:00 PM business day
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
Comfortable counting, sorting, organizing and verifying inventory
Ability to follow established warehouse and inventory procedures
Good organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Ability to switch between different responsibilities based on daily priorities
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal order and inventory systems
Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, fulfillment or e-commerce experience is helpful but not required

Some days may focus heavily on inventory receiving and organization, while others may involve Amazon FBA shipments, vendor orders, batch processing or packing customer orders.
Because this role supports multiple areas of our operation, we are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, accurate and willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
