The Inventory Control Agent will be responsible for performing cycle counts in the warehouse and vaults; including cultivation, work-in-progress, bulk and finished goods inventory. We are looking for associates with great attention to detail to maintain an accurate inventory. The Inventory Control Agent will need to work closely with Inventory management as well as other departments to help ensure accuracy and excellence in customer order fulfillment.Core Job DutiesConduct daily cycle counts of finished goods items in electronic systemsConduct monthly cycle counts of all electronic system locations and summarize findingsConduct an annual cycle count at the end of every year and summarize the findingsEnsures bulk material & finished goods are physically & electronically accurate within inventory systemMaintains accurate records of inventory and changes, including transfers and cycle countsConduct monthly cycle counts of all electronic system locations and promptly transcribe the findingsConduct an annual cycle count at the end of every year and promptly transcribe the findingsIdentify count discrepancies for escalationReplenishes and controls finished goods in vaultsMaintain products awaiting disposalConduct disposal of products designated for disposalOperates lift equipment as neededPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequired Experience, Education and SkillsMust have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.Forklift experience preferredBasic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Microsoft ExcelIntermediate math skillsHigh level of organization skillsDeadline-driven and detail-orientedSincere commitment to work collaboratively with all company departments and employeesRequires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.BenefitsCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.
