Shipping And Receiving Logistics CoordinatorSunny Sky Products prides itself on our commitment and dedication to creating, manufacturing, and delivering top-quality products in the beverage industry. We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed beverages, hot dispensed beverages, and beverage enhancers.We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, and Logistics operations. This role will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory cycle counts, verify shipping documentation, inspect and stage materials, and maintain accurate records in SAP and the Transportation Management System (TMS).The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, experience with shipping and receiving operations, and the ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack. This position will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure materials and freight are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently. Knowledge of company products is a plus.Major Job FunctionsShipping, Receiving, and Inventory:Execute and coordinate the daily activities of the shipping officePrepare paperwork daily for outbound and inbound shipmentsGreet and log drivers; confirm accurate orders are being picked up and shippedRoute freight into and out of the secondary warehouseCreate, verify, and track orders and Bills of Lading; communicate discrepancies to managementDaily filing/scanning of shipment-related documentsManage internal appointment desk through emailProcess and provide daily reportsSupport inventory cycle counts and identifies items requiring replenishmentLogistics Coordination:Coordinate all inbound and outbound freight with carriers, suppliers, and internal departmentsSchedule, confirm, or modify appointments for inbound deliveries and outbound pickupsTrack all shipments from pickup through final delivery, proactively resolving delays or issuesEnsure all shipments are accurately entered into the Transportation Management System (TMS) and statuses are updated in real timeCommunicate shipment updates to Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams as neededMaintain accurate records of freight activities to support KPI tracking and vendor performanceSupport continuous improvement efforts related to freight planning, efficiency, and cost-managementRequired Skills / Abilities / Education:Ability to multitask in fast-paced warehouse and office environmentsAbility to satisfactorily pass forklift driving training or demonstrate safe handling of forklift equipmentBilingual (Spanish) preferredWillingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructionsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectivelyHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to interact professionally with drivers, carriers, and internal personnelStrong computer skills: experience with SAP and/or TMS systems preferred2+ years of experience in a Shipping, Receiving, or Logistics roleSchedule:Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional Saturday work as needed.
