TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market.The Inventory Control & Distribution Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient receipt, labeling, stocking, and distribution of all incoming materials within the B3 Staging Area. This role serves as a critical link between incoming inventory and production operations by ensuring materials are properly processed, stored, and delivered in support of manufacturing schedules. The position requires the ability to operate with minimal supervision in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy, organization, and safety. Cross-training in other areas within the Materials Department is expected.Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately receives all material delivered to the B3 Staging AreaDistributes inventory to correct stocking areaDistributes inventory into factory orders or fills ticket request from manufacturing using the first in-first out proceduresCompletes all cycle counts as assignedMaintains all shelf-life materialsMaintains all ESD controls in the inventory and production areasMaintains organization in the B3 Staging AreaResolves problems as they ariseMaintains a clean and safe work areaWorks effectively and responsibly with othersFills ticket request from manufacturing using first in first outBreaks down kits received from stockroom by operation for production floorAll other assigned duties as required within the materials organizationEssential Knowledge and Skills:Ability to communicate in English language clearly both written and verbal. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions. Ability to work in a team environment, assist other departments when workloads demand it, and effectively work with all levels of the organization.Excellent interpersonal skills.Must be able to count accurately and use scales; must be able to use a calculator.Able to read and understand procedures.Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.Preferred Experience:Prior PCB experience is desirablePrior material experience preferredEducation and Experience:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Compensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
