Job description
GXO Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead warehouse inventory accuracy for major customers. You will oversee cycle counts, audits, variance resolution and reporting using advanced WMS and data tools. Partnering with operations and transportation teams, you’ll prevent stockouts, support safe, efficient workflows and drive continuous improvement. You’ll coach a small team, leverage automation and analytics, and help deliver reliable, on‑time fulfillment in a performance‑driven, collaborative environment with strong growth opportunities.
