Inventory & Materials CoordinatorWe are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inventory & Materials Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, organization, and accountability of equipment and materials supporting our operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with a background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Materials Management who wants to build practical experience in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Order and coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and suppliesReceive, inspect, unbox, identify, and inventory incoming equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure equipment is properly trackedEstablish and maintain minimum/maximum inventory levels to ensure materials are available when neededMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment ordersMaintain accountability and traceability of critical infrastructure equipmentOrganize and maintain inventory locations for efficient access and retrievalWork with purchasing, operations, vendors, and internal teams to resolve material and equipment issuesTrack equipment movement, deliveries, and transfersPerform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepanciesMaintain accurate documentation and inventory reportsIdentify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, organization, and material flowQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to applyInternship, co-op, or previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, or materials management is a plusStrong organizational and attention-to-detail skillsComfortable working with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and basic data analysisAbility to work independently and take ownership of inventory and equipmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable in a hands-on environment involving physical materials and equipment
