Job TitleRequired Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in material coordination, logistics, supply chain, or construction coordination. Experience with construction material management and logistics coordination. Understanding of bills of materials (BOMs) and material-tracking processes. Telecommunications infrastructure experience. Project coordination experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel reporting and data analysis (One Vision). Strong communication skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong team collaboration skills.Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience supporting telecommunications, utility, infrastructure, fiber-optic, or construction projects. Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems, BOM management tools, material-tracking systems, and project reporting platforms. Experience collaborating with national, cross-functional teams. Experience with Lumen, Comcast, AT&T, Zayo, MasTec, or other utility and fiber construction contractors.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities · Manage bills of materials, material forecasts, and requirement changes across active projects. · Coordinate material needs with engineering, construction managers, vendors, and warehouse teams. · Place and track material orders, shipments, deliveries, and inventory. · Identify and resolve shortages, delivery issues, and other material risks. · Provide material-readiness updates, status reports, and escalations. · Support site readiness and construction milestones across multiple projects. · Participate in project and operational meetings while managing competing priorities.Compensation: $20-$22.76/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
