Inventory & Receiving CoordinatorJaci Carroll Staffing is recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Receiving Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing company in Naugatuck, CT.This is a part-time temporary position covering a 12-week leave of absence, with the potential for an extension or longer-term opportunity for the right candidate. This position would be starting on July 6th, 2026.Schedule:Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PMFriday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PMPay: $23.00 per hourResponsibilities:Maintain and coordinate mill delivery truck schedules.Perform pre-receiving activities utilizing delivery schedules.Receive inventory and verify packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.Enter receiving information accurately into company systems.Process warehouse transfer receipts.Scan and upload material certifications into inventory systems.Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.Assist with general inventory control and receiving functions.Communicate effectively with vendors, warehouse personnel, and internal departments.Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Mathematical aptitude and ability to work with inventory data.Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required.Previous inventory, receiving, warehouse administration, or manufacturing experience preferred.What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
