Inventory SpecialistSchedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift Location: Dallas Employment Type: Eligible for Full Time Employment after probationary periodAbout Us We are a fast-paced repack and assembly warehouse specializing in product repackaging, kitting, and production-line services. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly.Position Summary The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting production line needs, and ensuring all materials are properly tracked and organized. This role works closely with warehouse, assembly, and production teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepanciesReceive, label, and organize inbound materialsPrepare and stage materials for assemblies and production linesMonitor stock levels and report low or critical supply needsUpdate inventory records in warehouse management systemsCoordinate with supervisors and CSR regarding production demand and material flowMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaRequirementsQualifications Previous inventory, warehouse, or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
