Job description
Waters Corporation in New Castle, Delaware is looking for an Inventory PMO to lead initiatives aimed at optimizing inventory across global operations. In this pivotal role, you will steer project teams toward common goals while ensuring alignment with stakeholders. You'll be responsible for managing change, driving performance, and developing project tools to achieve excellence.
Ideal candidates will have a strong project management background, proven analytical abilities, and experience leading diverse teams. A BS in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain is required, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. The role may require limited global travel.
