Inventory SupervisorAre you someone who loves organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes?We're looking for an Inventory Supervisor who can take ownership of our inventory operations and lead a team that keeps our warehouse and retail spaces fully stocked, accurate, and ready to serve our customers.If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and leading a team — this might be the perfect role for you.RequirementsAs our Inventory Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person for keeping everything organized, accurate, and flowing efficiently.You will:Lead and support a team of 6–8 associates to ensure accuracy, productivity, and efficiencyOversee all inventory processes including receiving, stocking, replenishment, and order fulfillmentKeep inventory records clean and accurate through cycle counts and reportingEnsure products are in the right place at the right time — both in the warehouse and on the retail floorSupport retail merchandising by making sure displays are stocked, priced, and visually appealingIdentify opportunities to reduce shrinkage, improve turnover, and streamline processesCollaborate with purchasing, sales, and delivery teams to keep operations alignedMaintain organized, easy-to-navigate storage systemsRespond to inventory and product inquiries with professionalism and urgencyWhat You BringExperience as an Inventory Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar roleBonus if you've worked in medical supply, DME, or retail environmentsStrong knowledge of inventory control and stock managementExperience with systems like UPS WorldShip, Brightree, or Elite Dispatch (preferred)A leadership mindset — you know how to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountableStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy environmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhy You'll Love It HereCompetitive pay and benefitsA supportive team that actually works togetherOpportunity to grow and make an impactMeaningful work in the healthcare and medical supply field — what you do mattersAt Northern Pharmacy & Medical Equipment, we're committed to delivering quality care and service to our community.
