Job description
Bank of America is seeking an Advisory Growth Specialist to own a territory and grow advisory assets alongside Financial Advisors and Market Executives. You will identify opportunities, create action plans, and review performance monthly to drive results.
You will coach advisors on advisory positioning, participate in client meetings, and lead pipeline reviews. Strong communication, experience with CRM tools, and willingness to travel are required.
