Responsibilities
Evaluate new business and investment opportunities through financial analysis, market research, competitive assessments, and industry diligence.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, valuation, projected returns, and alternative operating scenarios.
Conduct company-level and industry research, synthesizing financial, operational, and market data into actionable recommendations.
Prepare presentations, analytical materials, and recommendations for senior leadership to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
Monitor the financial and operational performance of existing investments, including KPI analysis, periodic reporting, forecasting, and special projects.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate business opportunities, identify potential risks, and assess opportunities for long-term growth and value creation.
Key Qualifications:
2-4 years finance/investments experience within investment banking, real estate, private investments, M&A or Consulting
Strong financial modeling - ability to create models from scratch
Compensation: The posted compensation range is inclusive of base salary, bonus, and other applicable forms of cash compensation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
