Investment Associate - Venture Capital - New York - Remote
A leading investment firm is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Fund of Funds team. This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional with 1-3 years of experience to gain exposure to private markets, manager selection, portfolio construction, and investment research.
Responsibilities
- Analyze fund performance, investment strategies, portfolios, and market trends
- Conduct due diligence and research on external investment managers and funds
- Support manager evaluation, selection, and ongoing monitoring
- Assist with portfolio construction, investment analysis, and reporting
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals on broader portfolio initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in investment research, manager research, asset management, investment consulting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Interest in private markets and multi-manager investment strategies
- Excellent financial modeling, Excel, and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
