Job description
Apply investment banking and equity research expertise to help train next-generation AI systems using high-quality, real-world financial workflows, analyses, and feedback. This remote contract role is designed for finance professionals who actively use AI tools in research, modeling, and transaction work. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities Share practical insight into using AI tools for financial modeling, research, data analysis, valuation work, and day-to-day deal analysis.
Create example workflows, analyses, and reports using AI platforms relevant to investment banking and equity research.
Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-generated research and modeling outputs, then provide constructive feedback to improve them.
Explain how AI can streamline data collection, modeling, and valuation, including its practical limitations across projects and deal cycles.
Collaborate on comparisons between traditional and AI-enhanced approaches, identifying efficiencies and challenges.
Communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally to support AI training and workflow optimization.
Qualifications Substantial experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, asset management, or a closely related financial analysis and deal-focused discipline.
Hands-on experience as an Associate, VP, or Analyst working on research, financial modeling, and transaction processes.
Direct experience with AI platforms for finance, such as Rogo, Hebbia, Model ML, Claude for Financial Services, or similar tools.
Strong data analysis, financial analysis, written communication, verbal communication, report writing, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain and contextualize AI adoption within a team or across project workflows.
Experience delivering actionable insights and feedback to improve tools and processes.
Familiarity with evolving fintech trends and an interest in advancing industry practices through innovation.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
Compensation $150 to $220 per hour.
