Job description
Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an AVP Investment Banking Controller to oversee accounting, reporting, and control for DCM, ECM, Advisory and Margin Lending. You will partner with Front Office, Operations and FP&A to ensure accurate financial statements and strong controls.
Key duties include daily balance sheet reconciliations, deal expense tracking, journal entries, and coordinating month- and quarter-end closes. A CPA/CFA and 8+ years in investment banking controls are preferred.
