What will you be doing?
Barclays Capital Inc. seeks Investment Banking Coverage - VP in New York, NY (multiple positions available):
* Provide financial advisory and capital raising services to corporate and institutional clients.
* Support an integrated coverage model, partnering with product and regional teams to advise clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financings, and restructurings, to help clients achieve strategic and financial objectives.
* Analyze the energy and climate technology sector and macroeconomic environment using financial, economic, commodity, and capital markets concepts, together with internal analytical techniques, proprietary models, and business processes, to support clients' financing, funding, investment, and corporate strategic decisions.
* Execute investment banking assignments across corporate finance products and transaction types for energy and climate technology clients, including equity and debt financings (
