Overview

Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end execution of complex M&A transactions in the Healthcare industry, orchestrating business due diligence and guiding clients through every phase of the deal lifecycle.
Develop and produce premier marketing collateral, confidential information presentations, and management pitches that clearly articulate clients’ value propositions.
Drive complex valuation and ad‑hoc financial analyses, ensuring flawless historical and projected financial modeling.
Build and maintain direct, trusted relationships with C‑suite clients, prospective clients, and key professional advisors in the Employer Solutions and broader healthcare space.
Mentor, supervise, and develop junior bankers, contributing to the firm’s culture of collaboration and intellectual rigor.
Qualifications
6+ years of investment banking experience with a proven record of hands‑on M&A execution, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance, with extensive experience in complex financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and an exemplary academic record.
Exceptional verbal, written, and public speaking skills; comfortable owning the room and presenting to senior executives and boards.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple high‑stakes project deliverables simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
The firm offers a competitive total compensation package that may include discretionary incentive compensation. The estimated salary range for this role at the time of posting is $250,000 – $250,000. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
