Investment Banking Vice President – Healthcare Services
This position will lead M&A and financing transactions for Healthcare Services clients, working across multiple regions including New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; and Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage junior bankers throughout transactions, reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback.
Write and present compelling selling memorandums and presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop financial models and provide analytical support.
Drive deal execution and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
5+ years of investment banking experience, or MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience.
Meaningful M&A transaction experience required.
Strong business writing and communication skills.
Deep knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, and capital markets.
Exceptional work ethic and leadership potential.
Compensation
Estimated starting salary: $250,000 per year, with annual incentive compensation. Total compensation will be competitive with the market and depends on the level of experience.
