Job description
DLA Piper is seeking an associate to join its Investment Funds group in Austin, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and experience advising on the formation and operation of domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds, as well as investments in such funds.
