A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings, with a focus on commercial real estate law, including finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. This role involves representing public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors in various transactions.
Responsibilities
Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and complex financings.
Collaborate with team members and work independently on projects.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.
Education
JD Degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admitted to practice in the state of California.
Skills
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good business judgment and ability to manage competing demands.
