Job description
DLA Piper seeks an associate to join its Investment Funds group in New York, with opportunities in other listed offices. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience and a strong background advising on formation and operation of private equity, real estate, VC, and hedge funds, including secondary transactions.
JD from an accredited law school is required, and admission in the applicable state is expected.
