Job description
Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks an Investment Funds Associate Lawyer in New York, NY. Hybrid position with some telecommuting flexibility, but must be able to be in the New York office as needed. The Associate will advise on formation, structuring, operation, and regulation of private investment funds and their advisers as part of a dynamic corporate group.
Position requires Juris Doctor and 2 years of fund formation experience. Must be admitted and in good standing with the NY bar.
