Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have 3‑6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings, with a focus on commercial real estate law, including finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. This role involves representing various public and private real estate entities in complex transactions.
Duties
Manage structured securities offerings for investment funds.
Represent clients in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Handle transactions involving acquisitions, restructurings, and complex financings.
Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals effectively.
Produce timely and accurate work products.
Maintain positive work relationships and comply with firm policies.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.
Education
JD Degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admitted to practice in the state of Delaware.
Skills
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Good business judgment.
