Duties
Collaborate with venture capital and growth equity sponsors on fund formation and fundraising.
Advise on sponsor governance and ownership arrangements.
Assist in management company and general partner structuring.
Support succession planning and compensation arrangements.
Engage in strategic transactions involving asset managers.
Address operational and regulatory matters affecting investment management platforms.
Requirements
3-6 years of corporate experience at a national or international law firm.
Experience with venture capital, growth equity, and investment vehicles.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
