Job description
Mizuho’s Banking Division seeks a second- or third-year Associate for Investment Grade Debt Capital Markets on the Healthcare, Consumer & Industrials team. Support origination, structuring and execution of investment‑grade debt transactions for corporate clients globally.
Role requires 4–5 years in finance, Series 79/63 licenses, and strong Excel/PowerPoint/financial modeling skills. Competitive base salary with discretionary bonus; US work authorization required.
