Investment Management Associate Attorney (4–7 Year Associate)

Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds.
Draft and negotiate fund formation documents and related agreements.
Assist with investor negotiations and fund governance matters.
Counsel clients on regulatory and compliance considerations affecting investment vehicles.
Work closely with fund sponsors and institutional investors on strategic transactions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex and high‑value matters.
Qualifications
JD required.
Previous experience working in a law firm is required.
4–7 years of experience representing private equity funds, fund sponsors, or investment management clients.
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Outstanding academic credentials.
Experience at a leading law firm is highly desirable.
Relevant in‑house experience will also be considered.
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast‑paced environment.
