Duties
Provide counsel on traditional and alternative investment transactions.

Requirements
3 to 5 years of relevant transactional experience.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law.
Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Education
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
