Job description
Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Legal Counsel to enable the Legal & Compliance Team in advising on investment management, mutual funds, ETFs, and regulatory matters.
The role includes assisting with SEC filings and board materials for Harbor funds and Harbor Trust Company, with a hybrid presence in major offices. The candidate will review and negotiate contracts, conduct regulatory research, and participate in cross-functional projects, including board-related activities.
