CTW Cayman (“CTW”) is a Nasdaq-listed global gaming platform company focused on delivering anime IP-based HTML5 games through its flagship platform, G123 . Headquartered in Japan, CTW serves a growing international audience and partners with leading Japanese IP holders to bring high-quality browser-based gaming experiences to users worldwide.

Following our recent U.S. listing, CTW is in a critical growth and institutionalization phase. As part of this evolution, we are building in-house Investor Relations capabilities to support high-quality, compliant, and consistent engagement with shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community.

Role Summary

As an Investor Relations professional at CTW, you will support our capital markets strategy by combining investor engagement, financial analysis, and market intelligence to strengthen CTW's visibility among U.S. retail investors and the small-cap and micro-cap investment community. This role involves conducting financial research, analyzing peer companies and market trends, developing investor communications, and building relationships with investors and capital markets participants. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of U.S. equity markets, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial information and business developments into clear, compelling investment narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute investor outreach initiatives targeting U.S. retail investors, small-cap and micro-cap investors, financial analysts, and relevant investment communities.

Build and maintain relationships with investors, investment professionals, and capital markets participants, while identifying new opportunities to expand CTW's investor network.

Analyze financial statements, operating performance, and key business metrics to support investor communications, market positioning, and internal decision-making.

Conduct fundamental equity research, peer company benchmarking, comparative financial analysis, and valuation assessments, particularly within the gaming, technology, and digital entertainment sectors.

Develop and maintain financial models, analytical reports, and market intelligence materials to support investor discussions and management presentations.

Monitor equity market trends, peer company performance, analyst coverage, investor sentiment, and relevant capital markets developments to identify actionable insights.

Prepare investor presentations, corporate fact sheets, financial performance summaries, and other investor-facing materials, translating complex financial information into clear and compelling investment narratives.

Support earnings calls, investor meetings, webinars, conferences, and other capital markets engagement activities.

Develop and support digital investor communications across platforms such as Stocktwits, Webull, X, and other relevant financial channels.

Research prospective investors, investment funds, and other market participants while maintaining investor outreach records and engagement data.

Collaborate with Finance, PR, Marketing, and management to ensure consistent corporate messaging and support the preparation of earnings materials and financial disclosures in accordance with applicable securities regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, financial communications, or investor outreach.

Practical understanding of U.S. publicly traded companies, especially small-cap and micro-cap equities.

Demonstrated experience engaging retail investors or developing investor communication initiatives.

Familiarity with retail investor platforms, financial social media, and investor marketing channels.

Preferred Experience

Experience in investor relations or capital markets communications for Nasdaq-listed or other publicly traded companies.

Experience engaging with retail investors, small-cap/micro-cap investors, financial analysts, or investment communities.

Familiarity with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, or similar research tools.

Experience conducting comparable company analysis, financial forecasting, and industry research.

Experience executing investor outreach or digital investor engagement initiatives.

Background in gaming, technology, digital entertainment, or emerging-growth industries.

Familiarity with investor CRM platforms, investor targeting tools, and engagement analytics.
