Job description

Invoice CoordinatorGourmet Foods International is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoice Coordinator to support invoice processing and administrative functions. This position is responsible for verifying, entering, printing, filing, and maintaining invoices while ensuring information is accurate and properly documented.The Invoice Coordinator will also provide administrative support through data entry, data abstraction, reporting, internet research, and coordination with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.Some of your duties may include:Verify, enter, print, file, and maintain invoices accuratelyReview invoice information for completeness and accuracyPerform data entry, data abstraction, and internet research as neededPrepare and maintain reports related to daily activities and follow-up itemsCoordinate with warehouse team members to finalize shift-related responsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls as needed, provide basic information, take messages, and route calls appropriatelyMaintain organized records and documentationProvide administrative support to contracts and other business functions as neededComplete additional administrative duties and projects as assignedThings you need to be able to do:Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeProficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to accurately enter, review, and maintain business records and dataReliable and self-motivated with strong follow-throughThings that are a plus but not a deal-breaker:2–3 years of administrative, invoice processing, data entry, or related experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience working with invoices, accounting documents, or business recordsExperience supporting warehouse or distribution operationsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsWhat we think you'll love about Gourmet Foods International:Career Growth: College tuition reimbursement and advancement opportunities.Learning Culture: Gain experience with business systems, administrative processes, and evolving technology.Team Environment: Join a collaborative team that values accuracy, communication, and teamwork.Meaningful Impact: Help support accurate business records and efficient day-to-day operations.Keeping It Fresh: Work in a fast-paced environment supporting the specialty food distribution industry.SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 10:00 am- 6:30 pmAvailability:Consistent, regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Candidates must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet the position's availability requirements, which may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or travel as needed to support business and operational needs. We will discuss specific scheduling and availability requirements during the hiring process.
