Job description
Entrata is hiring an Invoice Acquisition Specialist to provide utility and invoice management for a client portfolio. You will maintain accuracy while ensuring timely invoice receipt, coordinate with providers to resolve issues, and scan/mail invoices daily in a hybrid Lehi-based role.
The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment with on-site weekly attendance in Lehi.
