Invoicing Clerk-Feed Mill CoordinatorFarm Service Elevator, an affiliate of Life-Science Innovations, has a full-time opportunity in the role of Invoicing Clerk-Feed Mill Coordinator. This role will provide essential assistance with invoicing, customer service, order processing, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with both internal teams and customers, and be comfortable learning and adapting quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesUnder minimal supervision, is responsible for weighing and grading inbound and outbound trucksObtains ingredient samples at the scaleRetrieves finish feed samples from Mill; periodically performs feed studiesRun NIR samples, complete full tracking of results and send to appropriate personnelMaintains cleanliness of the pits, checking cameras after trucks leave and ensuring they are cleared outAssists and guides truckers with liquid and pneumatic drop off.Check Locks and RelockHelping truckers hook up & direct them where to goCheck inventory levelsOrientates new drivers with the feed mill processes and policies for unloading ingredientsManages and disposes feed samplingsSelect routes for ingredients and cornResponsible for SQF logs (Receiving)Enter ingredient loadsInvoicing customers for feed deliveriesProvides a high level of customer servicePlacing feed orders for bin monitoring customersTaking phone feed ordersProcess feed contract trucker paymentsProcess ingredient trucker paymentsPost packing slips for ingredient loads receivedTroubleshoot load discrepanciesRecord feed cost of sales transactionsPerforms audit function of the Feed MillMonitors SQF compliance and reports to management when standards are not being metQualificationsPrevious experience in administrative support, operations, or customer service preferred.Associate's degree in agriculture, business or related field is preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Basic knowledge of feed, agriculture, or manufacturing operations helpful but not required.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Core working hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday Benefits: We are proud to offer a generous benefit package in addition to competitive compensation.
