Job description
Intuitive Surgical seeks an experienced U.S. Endoluminal Program Manager/Ion Clinical Sales Manager who will lead the clinical sales team for the ION system across their region, overseeing installations, training, and growth within the installed base.
This role requires building a high-performing regional team and partnering with leadership on strategy. You will hire, train, and develop ESR/ETA teams, drive program launches, expand usage, and support clinical development with KOLs.
