Job description
Dalfen Industrial is seeking an IOS Lead to join our investment team in Dallas, TX. You will source IOS acquisition opportunities, lead leasing, and evaluate markets across the Southeast region.
You will build a strong deal pipeline, work with property owners, brokers, and tenants, and support due diligence and investment memos.
The role requires 2+ years of experience, brokerage exposure preferred, and the ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
